FAQ - Digital Regulatory Monitoring
1. How can the language be changed?
Yes, the desired language can be changed at any time using the selection in the top right-hand corner of the page next to the ‘Log out’ action field.
2. Can I edit the questionnaire afterwards?
Yes, the answers to the questionnaire can be edited at any time using the action field in the ‘Results’ bar.
3. What system is used to number the regulations or regulatory projects and judgements?
The regulations are basically numbered chronologically according to their publication. However, changes can be made at any time for articles that are current in the long term. The numbering is not related to the importance of the regulations for the respective user.
4. How can additional users be added to company accounts?
Additional users can be added to corporate customer subscriptions via the ‘Users’ tab. They will receive a setup email with which they can create a password for their profile. It is assumed that all users are registered with your company email, i.e. an email with the same provider or the same system. BDO can delete other accounts in the event of offences.
5. What are reports?
Every user can download the current version of the DRM via the ‘Download report’ action field on the homepage. The report includes all regulations, regulatory projects and decisions in full. Downloaded reports from previous versions can be viewed and saved via the ‘Reports’ tab.

7. Why do I need 2 factor authentication?
The protection of our users' data is important to us. As up to 25 sub-user accounts are created, especially for corporate customers, and therefore personal data is involved, BDO is obliged to protect this data appropriately in accordance with its own guidelines.
